I don't have any stats on Brazil, just America where the Catholic Church and the Government agree that approximately 15% of the total priests have had SOME type of charge leveled against them in the last 25 years.
Remember however, people in America are innocent until proven guilty and many inmates in prision have been released from their rape convictions in the wake of DNA testing which proves it wasn't them who did it, so the courts have been convicting some innocent people prior to DNA testing.

I dont know about brazil in particular but this is what I found:
During the second half of the 20th century accusations of the sexual abuse of children by figures in the Roman Catholic church started to be reported, mostly in America and Ireland. The John Jay Report into claims of abuse found accusations against 4,392 priests in the USA only.

Less than 4%. Statistics the same for every walk of life. Baptists tend to have a higher statistic in the way of clergy abuse of any denomination though.
Someone on this site had a very good story to tell about how they knew personally several of the charges against certain priests were "trumped" up charges just for the money.
