first,,create the video on your pc
then upload it to the web

Everyone seems to have missed the question........
To create a video on a Windows, go to : Start - All Programs - Windows Movie Maker
From there you can add images and audio to a movie file, then create it. If you are using a Mac, create it in iLife!

youtube will work the best, mayspace video, dailymotion, and thatimagesite.
