It doesnt turn into beer it turns into cider.
First are you making or buying your apple juiced? If you are buying it you must get it without preservatives. If you are squeezing your own then this recipe will also apply:
Take a 1 gallon jug of (non-preservative) juice and remove the top.
take out about a pint so the juice goes to the edge where the bottle rounds up.
buy one apple and remove the skin and put it in the bottle
Buy a balloon and stretch it over the top.
Store the jug in a cool dark place 50 to 60 degree "F"
in about a week go and take the inflated balloon off and recap it. your CIDER is made and hard-end to about 3 or 4% ABV
(If you want it a little more flavorful add a pinch of cinnamon before Re-capping it)
Have fun and don't drink it all at once or you will be visiting the bathroom frequently.

Nope. Beer is made from malted barley, water, yeast, and usually hops. It is true that apple juice has some residual sugar, which would actually ferment if yeast are introduced.... However fermeted apple juice is called "cider", not beer.
Assuming you introduce an active strain of yeast into apple juice, it would ferment out entirely in a matter of days (the actual time depends upon a number of factors like concentration of sugars, the volume of apple juice, temperature, and amount of yeast you introduced).

Um, no. Beer is malt, barley, hops. No apple. IF you leave fruit juices out though, they will ferment into alcohal. Never tried it but I don't think bad juice would be any good.

Beer? no. But apple juice (even if refrigerated) can ferment into hard apple cider. As for how long, depends on the temperature of your refrigerator, the sugar content of the cider, and how much yeast got into the cider.

cider not beer. The other ugys explained it better......but you can't leave it out. Has to be done without oxygen. With oxygen it'll just rot.

NO. You wouldn't want to leave it unrefrigerated anyway. It would grow mold. If you leave it in the refrig though it will eventually turn to vinegar.

No, it may turn into something similar to hard cider though. Although certainly not a type of hard cider that I would recommend drinking.
