If you are talking about videos online, (like youtube) you should find an embed option there. Copy the code andpaste it to your website.

Click on the address bar to highlight the link, then click on EDIT or PAGE (on the yahoo bar), the click on COPY then go to where you want it on our MYSPACE and click PASTE (on either EDIT or PAGE). You'll have the link saved on MYSPACE then.
