i think both are very equal of the capability. men might do it to impress girls or try to fit in with the popular crowd. and same for girlss

women use more drugs than men just think on how many girls give birth children whose fathers they don't even remember I've also seen girls get drunk till they reach not the floor but their puke
girls also need to prove to fit in a group we man are more independent we so not care about fit in or not
