Start out by not expecting her to be able to jump in the bed and get busy with it. Foreplay is a lot to most women. Hugs, kisses, and light caresses. Please her. While you may have been planning all day long what you want to do, find out if what you want to do is pleasing her. If she asks you to do something, do it until you are sure that she is pleased. There will be a point in your activities that she will get warmed up and will want to do things to please you too, but you need to make sure that she knows what those things are. Try to not criticize the way that she does things and NEVER EVER compare her to someone else. Remember that this is supposed to be LOVEMAKING, and it is an act that is shared.

Now if you are talking about not being able to fantasize, is there a reason? Was she raised thinking that sex was dirty? Was she taught that it was not okay for her to want it? Was she criticized for a choice that she made. Is she afraid to tell you a fantasy in case it does not turn out the way she wanted it to, will you make her replay it over and over? Was she abused?

Communicate with her. Find out what turns her on. Find out what turns her off. Try not to be too forceful and let her take her time.

First of all, i have been married for almost 13 years. It is part of Porn that teaches males that women have to be creative with their bodies in bed to have good sex. Come on. Grow up. There is only so many ways you can perform sex. I know guys like some action. Let your wife be herself. She may not feel like standing on her head or doing weird stuff in bed. The purpose of Sex is to communicate "LOVE". It is not an entertainment show which has to be out of this world! That is Porn. Porn has to be entertaining or it is flat. So throw out the Porn and just be "You" in bed. Work on fulfilling her needs and forget your own "Lusts". If you work on fulfilling her needs, soon she will look at fulfilling your needs. There is a saying that is "It is more blessed to give than to receive."

You have to do it gradually.

Do it when she is craving you the most..., stretch it out, tease her.

But in return, do try to be more loving and concerned of her needs as well, because she may see it as a big sacrifice.

Careful, if she isn't really into it, it may backfire. She may take it you are trying to overpower her & don't consider her needs.

Why don't you have a heart to heart & explain your side? Explain how you see it and why, ask if she will comply?

If she is unwilling, don't force it. Just love her for her. Love her more & more. Love her till she desires so deeply to do more for you, that is the best kind of love, I think, when you love someone and they return it in unimaginably satisfying ways.

P.S. The best is when it is out of love, not entertainment, but if they have no concern for your needs either, it may be time to split & find another lover. Normally, I am pro-marriage, but suffering abuse and never being happy is where I draw the line.

Why be with someone that doen't make you happy?

You can't MAKE her feel or do anything. Just try to be complimentary and help her to relax. Until she is more comfortable with her body there is really nothing you can do. She may have also gotten a bad image of sex growing up OR she has had past bad experiences. Have you talked to her about he feelings ? That will help more than anything.

make sure she is still into you, and talk about the issue in bed and how is ruining your sex life. Take the initiative to make her do things. How about some wine or alcohol, that seems to loosen you up a little bit and get you freaky. try that.

i usually get great ideas from watching porn with my man.. and now ive come to really enjoy and it turns me on... if she doesnt learn anything after that, then you just take control and put her in some positions and do creative things that you like, she will get the picture hopefully from you doing this..

What your mission and focus must be, is "am I making her pleasure my first priority?"
