How can i get curls like that? I want to wear it everyday like that. ANy tips on perming it also? Thanks

go to an asian salon, like korean or japanese one. take the picture with you.

also, at a korean salon, a digital perm is probably the name of it, although that one seems a bit curlier than the ones i've seen. they usually keep the top and bangs straight, and the rest of the hair is done in more wavy curls. good luck

**actually, it may be a Setting perm, that is more curly and digital is more wavy!!!!
