Applying ice, wrapped in paper towels, will help get rid of a hickey. Any damage done to your skin or the blood vessels in your skin is going to cause some swelling, and swelling will ensure that the veins are constricted and that new blood cannot get in to help fix the damage. An icepack will help prevent swelling around the hickey, but constricts the capillaries as well.
Massage will help you get rid of a hickey. This is true of any bruise, really. A hickey is caused by ruptured blood vessels called capillaries just under the skin, which then bleed out into the surrounding tissue and clot. Your blood clotting is the dark bruise you see after about a day or so. Your job is to massage (sometimes with a cold spoon) the bruise to help break up the blood clots and reabsorb the dead tissue into your system.
Applying heat to the hickey after 24-48 hours will help get rid of it. What you were doing with the ice was constricting the capillaries to stop further bleeding. Now that the capillaries have healed, it’s time to dilate the capillaries to make sure a lot of fresh new blood can come in and help clean up the mess. Do this with a wash cloth soaked in warm water for several minutes, wrung out, and then applied to the area for five minutes three times a day.

You can't get rid of them they are blood vesals that have been broken you have to wait for it to fade away, which does take a week or 2. But you can cover them up with makeup in the mean time, put some concealer on.

I know this one!!!
ice and advil..about 2-400mG. every 4 hours..see the ice chills the skin sending white corpuscles tot he area ,(that clean out the busted blood vessel caused my his..or her sucking on your neck like some giant leech treating you like a piece of meat!!!..ewww.... have a little respect your yourself and your body!!>.ok.. continuing....

20 minute on and 20 off with the ice... then the ADVIL or IBEPROFIN...thins the blood and causes the blood to circulate quicker...hence cleaning the area faster.and it reduces the swelling..
.. now if anyone tell you to get on on the other side.. and it will make th other one go away.. this is incorrect.. I know.. it didn't work!..(just messin..(
good luck.. (and keep the hickys when no one can see them!)

You can't make hickies disappear. Wear a scarf around your neck with some western style clothes and he will think it is part of the look.

Take the cap of a lipstick (metal) and press the open end over the spot. I don't know why but it stops the mark.
