Spoil her. Start off with dinner, then give her a rose and a card, let her know that you love her. Then watch a movie, drink a glass of wine, and have a romantic evening. She would love that.

Write her a poem about her and read it to her or if you can sing then write her a little song and sing it to her. Her heart will mealt.

write her a letter telling her how you feel about her, or how she makes you feel. that speaks more than anything. You don't need to be fancy, and handwritten, notebook paper note will do it. :)
