Some places have local taxes. If you live in a county that doesn't have sales tax you will pay less. Some cities have local tax so only living on the outside of the city limits can save you hundreds. But, you have to live there, it doesn't matter just where you buy it.

Hate to tell you, but state sales tax is exactly that - it encompasses the whole state. Anywhere you go in Colorado - it will be the same.
