As near as I can tell, this has something to do with limewire and iTunes, so I'm guessing that you've been using limewire to illegally download music and now you're having problems? That happens when you break the law, you know. Karma. Many files on limewire are infected with viruses and trojans and adware and spyware, because people like you are easy pickings. Hackers plant viruses because they know you won't turn them in. You can't, not without confessing to a crime yourself.
Try installing a virus scanner. Actually, that probably won't help much if you're computer's already infected, but it can't hurt to try. If possible, connect a second computer with a cross cable and scan from it. Otherwise, try running a couple of virus scans and see if that helps.
