yes headaches are part of the withdrawal symptoms that occur after you stop giving these stimulants to your body. Often it is these very signs that result in people smoking their next smoke and having another cup of coffee.

yes they can especially together. try to give up the smoking habit first. Smoking has very bad short and long term effects. Then rule out the coffee/ caffiene. I am not saying this to be rude, but you could possibly have ADD. Thats not a bad thing. I have it too. It seems that you like things that stimulate you like smoking and coffee. try talking to your doctor. good luck!

Sure can, overdosing on caffeine is a headache. Many people get headaches this way. Though on the other side of the coin, caffeine can take away certain headaches. Many pills from the doctors have caffeine in them.

Drinking coffee gives me headaches, it is the caffeine, it has something to do with our blood sugar levels

Yes and cheese,I went to have my ears checked once because I thought they needed shrinking they said coffee and cheese produce a lot of catarrh which can bung up your ears and give you headaches.
