Do you mean measure?
The easy way to measure a drop of liquid is to put a number of drops in a measuring thing, like a graduated cylinder.
If it takes 100 drops to fill the cylinder to 10mLs, for example, you'd know each drop was 10/100=0.1mLs.
Just count the drops to fill it to a place you can see on a measuring device, then divide the device reading by number of drops.

Get an accurate, narrow graduated cylinder or the most precise small liquid measuring device you can find. Put a LOT of drops, say a thousand, into the cylinder. It will be some small volume of fluid. The drops were, on average, 1/1000 of that volume apiece.

An eyedropper.
A ml of liquid usually has about 10-15 drops of liquid in it...it's tough to measure exactly how big a drop is unless you have some fancy-shmancy equipment.
