How old are you and your siblings?
perhaps she hasn't attempted dating because she feels a sense of loyalty to her children and feels like she needs to dedicate herself to them completely. I would talk to her about how you and your siblings feel about her dating, let her know that you are ok with that and would be happy if she found someone. You can help research some community events (dances, clubs, groups etc) that she may be able to attend and meet people.
Other than that... I wouldn't worry so much about getting her laid!

Um....Married and laid are different and it all depends and matters for what your mother wants. Maybe she is happy and content..And even if she desires what you desire for her, you can only help her to the point she will let you. Discuss this with her and see what she likes, dislikes, wants, etc. Maybe you could hang out where you may meet a suitor for your mama and then ask him out to coffee (to see if he is worthy of her, after you "interview him") If you find one you approve of and that meets what she wants, then introduce them...
