What are those candies called that look like chocolate chips, their usually pink, green, or yellow coloured and they have white sprinkle things on the bottom..
and their minty and really good???

Yes, those are called Meltaways; or Mint Meltaways. The Nonpariels are chocolate with the white candy sprinkles.

Smooth and Melty
Come in light green, light pink and light yellow
with white beads on the bottom

Each mint is about 1/4 to 1/2 in diameter

I think they are called "Melty Mints" when they come from Fannie Farmer.
