*67 is the correct dial code. When you dial this code, listen to what is call three burst of "studder-tone". This is actually a confirmation tone for you. You will then hear the regular dial-tone and you can continue dialing your party.

that code does not work in all areas. This is especaiily true if you are calling from work, or from a T-1. To find the correct blocking code, call your local cariier.

Cardinal is correct, except for one thing. It's STUTTER not STUDDER. With 3 T's.
