First, what do you even know about mixing and at what level? Powders or to dilute pre-mixed ink? Back off - you cannot learn to tattoo here.

use 1/2 witch hazel and 1/4 water, with 1/4 ink. that way it will be pale enough for anyone worth half a salt who is a professional to fix and it wont hurt too much when your **** up has to be lazered off.

From the standpoint of a professional tattoo artist, the best mix for tattoo colors is the industry standard: Listerine. It blends well with all colors, and is antiseptic.
