Only if you make your credit card payments on time but 2 months is not going to affect your credit. You need maybe 2 years to do that.

You are building credit if you pay for anything with your credit card, as long as you're making the monthly credit card payments on time.

The cell phone part is irrelevant. As long as you keep up with your credit card payments (using them for your bill is perfectly fine) and keep the balance at or below 25% of yoru limit, you'll be good to go.

2 months isn't long enough to make a difference however the answer to your question about building you credit is "yes"...any time you buy on credit and pay it off it improves your rating. I even charge my groceries.
