Say him how much his love hurts, then look at his eyes in the moment when he tells you the answer you'll find te correct answer of sincerity from his heart. Eight months are relatively short time, but there are a lot of things that happens in one day only... Greetings.

this is a really difficult question because there is always the chance they can hurt u again. but if u feel he is sincere, and remorseful, u can take him back, but the first sign of his hurting u again, u are going to have to be strong enough to just end it with him immediately. if u don't think u can go through another hurt, than it would be best not to take him back. u will never know if he came back because the other person dumped him, or if he realized what he lost and is sincere. you call, but if he hurts u again, u will have to end it with him.

Not unless they left you and went to counseling for 8 months without dating or sleeping with anyone else. If they left for someone else b/c they couldn't handle the pressure with you, what happens the next time you put pressure on them? You just gave them the knowledge they can walk away and you'll leave the door open forever.

don't do it, think about why u 2 split up the first time around, and if it's pretty bad, then history does have a way of repeating itself. you will regret it in the long run if you get back together. but if you broke up for something stupid, then give it another chance, see where it takes you

you should let him know he hurt you and if he doesn't work at making it up to you and just says he's sorry then screw him..all talk and no action doesn't deserve a second chance

sometimes people see things in another way and nothing seems the same, it happened to me some years ago and i found another girl so i didn´t want to get back, because i didn´t feel well
