if somebody offered me one i would take the tattoo!!!! i am always down for tattoos as presents! i would get a birthday cake (on my birthday!)

Car stereo. It seems more essential than a tattoo. He has a lot of tattoos, and as mean as it is to say he "doesn't need another one right now," it's true and he could use a stereo.
I'd say go for the stereo. There's always next year, eh? The tattoo can be put on hold, if you like.

Car stereo. I went almost 2 months withouth a stereo in my car && i nearly went crazy. Since he's already covered in tatoos psh wait for the next occasion for a tatoo...Car Stereo definately

If he's into tattoos, by all means get him one. It will outlast a car stereo, and can not be exchanged for something else.

you should get him a stereo. a guy NEEDS music in his car, if he has none he will sing your ear off when you drive with him and a lot of guys don't know how to sing.

A tatoo last forever and a car stero isnt always forever. So i think you should go for the tatoo. It might mean a lot more.
