Do you have the stuff for a shrimp and mushroom alfredo?
Otherwise, I toss cooked shrimp in with curried basmati rice. In 1 Tbsp olive oil, heat a spoonful of minced garlic and a spoonful of jarred minced ginger until fragrant. Stir in 1 cup of basmati rice and 1 Tbsp of curry powder and stir to coat. Stir for a couple minutes until a little translucent. Add 2 cups chicken broth, stir, and bring to a boil. Slap a lid on it and time for 20 minutes.
Halfway through the cooking toss in the cooked shrimp. At this point you could also toss in a handful of frozen peas. Cover and finish cooking. When the rice is done, you can add some chopped green onions and cilantro.
At least that's what I'd do if I had all those ingredients!

Melt lots of butter, minced garlic, chili paste and cilantro and sautee until the shrimp are just turning coral colored. Pour shrimp and sauce over some pasta or rice and indulge.
Or, for a different cocktail sauce:
Chop one mango (or one papaya-if none then chop up a can of peaches and drain well)
chop one avocado
halve a dozen cherry tomatoes
chop a handful of cilantro
two tablespoons of honey
one tablespoon of red pepper flakes
one tablespoon lime juice
mix together and add chilled prepared shrimp. Best in the summertime but always tasty.

1 heaping tablespoon flour
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
2 to 3 small cans tomato sauce
1 to 2 lbs. Shrimp
2 bay leaves
salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon sugar
Cooked rice
Make a roux with 1 heaping spoon of shortening and ½ stick of butter. Brown a heaping spoon of flour until golden brown.
Add chopped celery, onions and green pepper. Seer, add 2-3 cans of tomato sauce and stir fast. (should brown) Add enough water to keep from sticking. Let cook slowly for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then add shrimp, 2 bay leaves, salt & pepper to taste. Also add 1 tsp sugar. Let simmer for about an hour and serve over rice.

Found a really easy sounding one here that does not take very many ingredients. Being snowed in, you may not have much!:
