I haven't talked to him for over a year. We were together on and off for about 5 years. he was my best friend and soulmate. I tried to move on but nothing comes even close to the connection we had. I know I should move on but I keep thinking about him. What should I do? Anybody?

one year is a very long and this isnt a fairy tale.... tht he would come after 100 yrs save u from ur misery n make u a queen...
if a guy doesnt come back in 3 months tops.... then move on... n if nothing comes to being even close to wht u had with him then u should settle for next best thing .. really its tough but u cant compare wht u had with wht u can have,,, it will jsut ruin ur future and u shouldnt do tht for someone who might not have even thought abt u in tht one year........

if u haven't spoken in over a year he may be involved with someone else. life is tough, when u meet someone new u have to stop comparing him to your ex, as we are all different, different personalities, etc...not accepting reality can hurt us emotionally, just keeps us stuck in a place we shouldn't still be in. sometimes we take what we get, if we are being treated well, and just be happy with the one we got, because u have no guarantee your ex will ever come back into your life. got to lower your expectations here, and if u find a nice guy, just be thankful for that much. no one is ever going to be him, but it doesn't mean someone new isn't worthy of love, if he treats u good.

It is real hard when you love somebody that hard. It Will take time, why are you trying to move on? Are you truly desiring that? Can it work? Is he with someone else? Did he cheat? What are the circumstance? These are questions you should ask yourself. Is what he did worth loosing him? If a man truly loves a woman he will do what he has to to keep her. Can you two work it out?

what happened between you guys? if hes not interested anymore you definitely need to move on. id tell you to try to keep in touch, but i think that will only make u want him back more.

if you know hes interested in going back to the way it used to be, call him up and ask him to hang. tell him you miss him. you never know where this could lead.

I know what you mean. i still have my moments, but I know that the longer I do NOT speak to him I will be better off. Just keep doing what you are doing. I know how you feel!

in this type of case the only solution is for u to follow ur heart coz people fail but ur heart(the rseting place for the almighty God)will never deceive u.
