For the guys that don't understand are a fool and they should not take space up in your brain...The one that does not care is probley right under your nose and you are not seeing him clearly cuz he may not be the kind of guy you really are attracted to...let the physical part go and aim for the heart and mind as soon as you do you may find yourself a taken women by a man with great understanding and with some of the same goals in mind and probley on the same path as you.

So if none of the guys you know now understand what you do, talk about other things that you share in common--tv, books, movies, school, sports, how you hate/like exercising, food, etc. What you do cannot be the only thing you are able to talk about. Just don't talk about that unless one specifically asks (and know when they get that glazed look, to steer the conversation back to something he can understand). In time as you pursue your main interest(s), you'll meet folks who not only understand what you do but are as enthusiastic about it as you are.
