The version of Paint Shop Pro I have by Jasc Software came with Animation Shop 3. It's a nice little .gif file editor and it's been handy a few times for web animations I've done.

if you go on start menu all programs then accessories then paint you can create a logo or search on the Internet pictures of logos it should come up something image results found for logos click on it and you see a lot of logos
