It seems that alot of high school style wrestling could be taken and used in Jujitsu and Judo competition. Do BJJ and Judo guys take any of the techniques used in wrestling and apply it to grappling? I know according to Eddie Bravo he modified a couple of the high school wrestling techniques to BJJ. Shouldn't all grapplers study different styles including wrestling and figure out what could be applied to their art? It does seem like a lot of adaptation must go on in Judo or BJJ in the US since many grapplers wrestled in high school. maybe I'm wrong. Have you all found techniques that came from high school wrestling when you were doing Judo or Jujitsu?

gimmiz are you serious? You know wrestling has been around since the beginning of time. Remember Jacob wrestling the angel. Greeks wrestled. Wrestling is as old as history. Asian's didn't invent it. Catch as catch can was submission wrestling that was beating all the top Judo guys that was around long before jujitsu came to the U.S..
