I get nervous in front of crowds or just speaking sometimes in front of a group last time I got interviewed for the jury duty (by the lawyers)
I guess they were.
I was so nervous & I'm not sure why usually I'm not like that what can I do to prevent this tommorow morning when I go?
Only serious help or answers please.

Alot of us have been interviewed for jury duty. For me, it was not like being in front of a crowd or group nervousness. Instead, it was the idea that I may be chosen and then have to really pay attention because an alleged criminal's future is at stake - nervousness. At this time, I can only offer you my empathy for the jury duty. Usually, you're interviewed with a few other people. Good luck, drink your usual amount of caffeine not more, go use the restroom beforehand, maybe take a book to read while you wait (not in the restroom).

It is understandable to get nervous in front of crowds. Everybody else is nervous too. Just find a way to be comfortable with how you are in that type of situation. And know that others face the same thing!

Odds are, you won't have to say anything. But if you do, just develop a mantra. That's a phrase that when repeated in your head will calm you down. Plus remember that as long as you are being honest, you don't have anything to worry about, since that means you're doing your best to get the person what they deserve.

Jury duty is easy and educational. You don't have to say anything , just answer a question if you are asked, otherwise stay quiet and listen.

Stop worrying. The most important, for you, is to just be yourself. If you are nervous, don't worry. You might tell them that you are nervous but it is not necessary, they will already know. It is not a serious problem. Calm

Just be cool. Don't sweat the small stuff. Relax and just answer the very few questions they will ask. You'll be fine!

Think of a movie you really like, and start repeating a quote from it
Example: There's no place like home, No place like home... AND if you have to talk, you'll just say Guilty/ Not Guilty.
