It seems to me that girls are always complaining about headaches, and I'm not trying to hate on you ladies. I mean, I can understand you have to go trough that time of the month. That is understandable but, what's the reasons for the rest of the month. Lets see ther's Too much work, Can't find work, Not enough sleep, I slept too much, the kids, the boss, the co-worker, guys, school, the house, there is always some thing. I don't hear my guy friends complaining, I can't stand Bob he is such a jerk, I need some exedren. Or, I had SO much work to do today I have a migraine headache. And then ther's guys all-time favorite "Not tonight, I have a headache". So honestly help us understand, do you really get those many headaches, or is it a call for attention, affection, a way to get us of you back or to get a break.

I realised I wasn't alone on this. Most guys had the same experiance.I have a wonderfull girl friend, and come from a familly of mostly woman, I love them all. Let's face it though, must do tend to have more headaches than man atleast from my experience

I don't know about too many other women, but I get allot of headaches. Stress leads to these "headaches" that we women complain about. Kids can be a good source of stress. Work is a close second, if it doesn't tie. Also men tend to not say anything no matter how bad their heads hurt, so it seems that they do not have as many headaches. It's a cultural thing. Men aren't allowed to show emotion, especially complain about pain, but women are encouraged to. Now if you don't mind. I need a Tylenol.

Ha, your question really made me laugh. As a female, I've noticed this too, although I'm not one to get all that many headaches, I've probably only had 3 or 4 real headaches in my lifetime. But women can become easily stressed -- and not only that buddy, but most women have to juggle their relationships, jobs and children all at one time. This is a good example of one of the many life challenges where men got off easy.

There's a reason those who suffer from migraines are predominantly women. It is a chemical thing, but not all of the time.

Sometimes, women use the "Headache Excuse" as a nice way of getting themselves out of an uncomfortable situation.

My advice to you is that whenever a woman say that she has a headache, take her at her word and don't look for other reasons.

Headaches so often are not normal really... is true that women have more headaches cuz of the hormones... our physiology is kinda... tricky sometimes... guys hormones are more stable so they are more relaxed and stuff, but ladies have a rollercoaster inside 'em the whole month & in some ladies is worst...we are more stressed and cranky sometimes cuz of that... but ladies are tricky too, so the headache at nite excuse is almost crap... everytime...

Hey girl, I would say that i have the same problem with my parents. So my perspective would be that they love you a lot so they just look out for you. But i would tell them "Mom, Dad (or whatever you call him) i know you guys love me but its time i do things my way." Because if you don't try you might never know how things might have turned out with that guy. So hold your head up, take a risk, and see it through. You may like the outcome. Hoped this helped clear your head a bit. Also hope you and that guy have a future together.

I don't get that many headaches and I don't lie about it either.. the only time I really get headaches is when I sleep too much/not enough and I haven't eaten good that day... and occasionally a random headache, but that's it...

I'm not too sure about this, but it could probably have things to do with their hormones -- PMS issues and such.

But I, as a male, get many, many headaches for no reason. Perhaps it has to do with stress?

personally, i do get migraines alot. the doctor seems to think that is because of bad posture. i slouch all the time and because of that it causes alot of pressure on neck and that in turn puts more pressure on my brain stem causing headaches. (so says my doctor )

Hey, maybe she doesn't feel like it tonight. If this keeps happening then I suggest you talk to her and find out what is really going on.
