im getting a haircut this weekend. and im thinking of short hair with side bangs. i have sort of a round face so i dunno if that will look good. currently i have medium length hair with layers and sort-of bangs.

Do NOT cut your hair short if you have a round face. You need height at the crown and some length to give the illusion your face is slimmer. Do get the side bangs. Those wil be cute!

Do not cut your hair short with rounded facial features unless you have devastating eyes or pout lips for people to concentrate on.
Maybe get high lights...but leave the length the same. The bangs and side length disguises the roundness of the face.

If you have a round face you may want to avoid short hair. maybe check out hairstyles on line with your face used with different hairstyles before taking the plunge.

i personally think short hair with a round face is cute but do you have thick or thin hair? If you have thinner hair I would cut it short, it would be cute, but thick short hair to me is ugly.
