With fresh strawberries.
I buy a large fresh cream sponge cake, remove the top and cut into 8 pieces.
Then place sliced fresh strawberries into the cream of the bottom half, sprinkle with grated chocolate, and replace the top.
Put the cake onto a large plate, and place whole strawberries round the side.
Pour fresh cream over the cake, and sprinkle with icing sugar.
Delicious.
