Call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040, they can provide you with transcripts of your W2 information and have it mailed to you in 7 to 10 days, or by fax if you have access to a fax machine. If you need an actual photo copy of the W2's you would need to complete form 4506 and send that along with a check for 39.00 to the service center where you filed, it will take 60 days to process your request

Need it fast? You can get a transcript of your IRS issued W-2 through sites like Accuverify.com ($15-$30). You will need to complete IRS Form 4506-t.
Not in a rush get it directly from the IRS using IRS form 4506-t or Form 4506 for a copy.

You can't get a W-2 ON-LINE unless your employer makes it available. If you will accept a paper copy, your employer is still the best source. The second best is from the IRS. The link below has instructions for ordering copies of past tax documents from the IRS. W-2s from the IRS do not have state tax information included. You would have to contact your state for that information.

You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040. Select option 1 then option 5. Get a representative and explain to them what you need. They will ask you to confirm some information then they can mail them to you.

You will need to see your employer. That is the only place to get it. If you sent one in with your tax form you can probably get a photocopy but it is pretty expensive, about $40.

Call the payroll or HR department of the company that issued it. They can send you a copy.

Call your employer. They aren't available on line unless your employer provides that service.
