You are right. God's message should be about peace, love, and eternal life and happiness.
I think that people mean well and truly care for your soul.Please do not judge them to harshly.
We are all human.
God is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to a change of mind about Christ.
God like any good parent will not make up our mind for us. I have 5 children and would like to make all there decisions so that they will be happy, but alas I cannot.
Free will is a gracious gift.
Freedom is a wonderful privilege.
It only takes one second of time in the privacy of your soul to accept Jesus Christ as Savior.
I do not attend a church.
I have a non-resident pastor.
My pastor was pastor of his church for 50 years.
He never has charged a dime for all the books and cassette tapes,mp3, or DVDs that are available.
I have learned that people will dissapoint you but God never will.
I used to hate the Creator. I hated him with a passsion.
God makes up for the pain that children suffer.
I hope that you can see the good that the Bible has to offer. The messsage is really meant to give us happiness.
God wills the highest and the best for you.
Again, I am sorry that some Christians have offended you.

Almost any mammal will raise up and roar when threatened, and the community you address is really worried right now.
They have less power than ever in their history, and they're becoming more vocal as a result.
Other groups with legitimate concerns of their own are vying for our time and attention, and the 'godly' ones don't like it one bit.
Ignore the silly responses and keep asking questions, friend.
NOT thinking that you have all the answers is a TRUE sign of intelligence.
