A lot of young guys these days seem to be going for middle-aged women. I have no interest in guys young enough to be my kid but some women do, if only for sex.
I don't see how such a relationship could last long as they likely don't have much in common, are on different pages in life, differing maturity levels, etc.

If you are in a relationship with this person and know of this "thing" that he has going on---evidently not risky enough for you to just simply let it go !!
And, it might be pointed out to you --that usually --whatever the "thing" is with people-- over time -- it hardly ever gets anything but more pronounced !!
