Is it your ex's wedding today or the your wedding that was suppose to take place but never will?
Either way move on and realize its just another day and life is not that bad! you will meet another guy someday and forget about your past relationship.
As the other person said realize there are people out there far worse off then you relaize how fortunate you are to have your health and to have been loved and move on.

I am so sorry to hear this. I will never forget the day I heard that an ex of mine got engaged and I cried the whole night. Well, that was 10 years ago, and my fiance is in the next room asleep after we celebrated our first Valentine´s Day together (we were long distance for 2 years). We are getting married May 17th, and I have never been happier. I thought I was in love with that ex, but once you get over it, you do realize it was not meant to be, and when you make plans, God laughs. Thank God I never married my ex, and thank God even more for his plan to find a genuine person-my Richard. Anyway, remember that the sun will come out tomorrow, and try to occupy your time with something that takes your mind off of your ex. Maybe one of these days you too will write to someone who is sad about an ex, and you will smile knowing that you have another special someone.

i can't tell you about being as unfortunate as you are, but i can tell you about people who are evne less fortunate than that. like the poor Ehtiopian children who large numbers die every day because they can't even get a meal, like the people who have no homes because they lost them due to natural disasters, fire, or the works, to women over in foriegn countries who are still forced into marriages with someone they don't love, to women who are beatne by the men who supposedly love them, to children who have no parents and are lost confused and scared and just want to be loved. so yah, an ex's wedding is not all that bad. things could be much, much worse. just be happy for what you do have and may be taking for granted and move one with your life. i'm sorry that your valentine's day isn't going well because of this, but at least you have a full belly, right?

Was you invited to the wedding? If so go and enjoy the wedding. If not then that is something you just have to deal with.

And yes there are those more unfortunate than you are. Go volunteer tonight to serve food at your local homeless shelter and you will see them.
