When I was a young Christian, I was perplexed by the passages that state that sin was passed down from Adam (Rom 5:12 & I Cor 15:22) when Eve was the first to eat the forbidden fruit (which is never referred to as an apple). It was not until I learned that blood is the soul contribution of the mail when this mystery was relieved in my mind. Blood does not pass through the placenta from mother to fetus. Nutrition and oxygen both pass through the placenta, but blood does not. This was godly design in preparation for our redemption.

Lev 17:11 tells us that the life of the flesh is in the blood. This is also godly design and further preparation for our redemption. If the life of the flesh is in the blood, then that is where the seed of sin is also.

When Adam sinned, that sin tainted his blood, and death and sin became part of his life which is in the blood. The words “Thou shalt surely die” might be looked at differently here when one speculates that this actually took place when death which accompanies sin entered into Adam, though he did continue to physically live after this point. But at this point he was spiritually dead, now having a carnal (relying on his own knowledge) mind instead of a spiritual one.

Sin is passed down through the blood, and that is why Jesus had to be born without a contributing male. The sacrifices of old were different from pagan sacrifices in that instead of simply to appease their “deity,” It was to transfer the death that was in man, and Jesus was the ultimate sacrifice, being a man and tempted with sin as we are, yet without sin which he was only able to do because his blood was pure, the blood of God, and not the blood of Adam.

Is it coincidence that blood does not pass through the placenta? Is it coincidence that no mail was part of Jesus’ conception? Is it coincidence that the life of the flesh is in the blood? Can you see how these things work together? Can you see that if the Bible is correct that redemption could not happen any other way? Can you see how the Bible fits together with Scientific knowledge? Can you speculate that given this convergence, that the Bible might actually be correct? Do you at this time wish to call upon the name of Jesus?

In my opinion, the only reason for you to believe is if you have evidence that causes you to believe -- usually a personal intuition of the Divine. Words will not "convert" you (although words can coax us toward that moment of intuition). Only experience will.

And for the record, I'm a theist, but I don't think you need to believe in a God or Goddess to be a good person or have a fulfilled and happy life. As far as I'm concerned, what you believe or don't believe is your own business. You won't be "damned" to any Hell for failing to follow the right Deity.

well I am not sure of what you have heard before but the only answer I have is everyone believes in something. Read the Bible and see if you believe. Talk to Christians and hear about the events of their life and see if you believe.

Ask yourself another question, what do you have to lose? People think it is a waste of time but living without Jesus is a bigger waste of time, Jesus is here for you and he wants you to want him and need him. Jesus loves you so much, he is the only one that died for you, so that you can be forgiven. Call on him he will show you the way!

Because if you don't believe you will become an enormous pomegranite and be squeezed into some jerk's cocktail at some point in the unspecified future.

You should believe because of convincing arguments backed up by evidence. (Two things that religions lack)
