Some kids need legitimate help with their homework. Providing them assistance (not simply giving them the answer) is good.
Certain kids will find a way to cheat. Blame the kids and their parents, not the person attempting to help.

So who is doing this? Parents? Teachers clearly know what a child has done and what is parent done and it doesn't fly with them. Helping students depends on the assignment. Sometimes gathering information is not the point of the work but writing is. When homework is too much to do, a little "grunt work" by a parent doesn't diminish the educational challenge.

i truthfully relish assisting the youngsters with homework and that i generally study something new mutually as assisting. i do no longer generally respond to the youngsters who p.c. somebody to do their paintings for them. There are exceptions, whether. i will comprehend if somebody feels the stress of homework 'overload' and is suffering to get all of it completed and it is already previous lifeless night. that's generally a delightful marvel whilst little ones ask for the tactic - no longer the solutions. sources for subject fixing, Sparknotes, conversion tables and diverse different reference websites would be bookmarked for destiny use. now and back, little ones basically easily don't comprehend a thank you to seek for the respond. in reality, many don't even comprehend a thank you to get right of entry to the Google seek engine. i'm greater beneficial than happy to show the way! If a pupil posts for help with a collection of 'fill interior the sparkling' questions from an obvious project sheet that demands no longer something greater beneficial than finding for the solutions interior the study fabric, I truthfully have a tendency to go on. I definitely flow on if it is Friday nighttime, Saturday or early Sunday - my weekends are useful to me - I should not be doing homework so the youngsters can play. What annoys me greater beneficial than scholars desiring their homework completed for them are the folk who respond with nasty comments and insults. YA is very trouble-free; responding isn't needed - it is voluntary. there is not any excuse for rudeness, intolerance and/or verbal abuse. As my mom would say 'in case you won't be in a position to declare something advantageous, then say no longer something in any respect.' : )

As long as you not being nasty or mean to the kids I don't see their being any problem (I have done that myself). Currently I am in third place with best answers in the homework area - I probably would be higher if I just gave the kids the answers - but I chose not to. I like being a help - but that is about it.
Good Luck!!!

Because they want the ten points for a best answer. I think the homework help section should just be deleted. Sure, it may be hurt kids who just want a little assistance, but I've found the vast majority of them just want us to do it for them. And then when you don't give them what they want they yell at you.

I agree....If the "judges" wanna get snippy at something here, they should take a hard look at the little varmits who are getting their homework answers HERE, instead of reading or studying for them!!
That category should be eliminated.
