The only differences I know are that tap water boils faster and cools down slower....but my teacher said there were more....

Tap water have more volatile chemicals like chlorine or fluorine that are boiled off in pre-boiled water.

haha TAP and pre boiled water are the same unless you boiled the pre boiled water then it'll be different. Sound like chem to me and not botany. But yea, they are the same.
