Like spelling and questions that are not asked in detail. They just assume you are a bad person. For instance I asked for a cheap gift idea for my girlfriend last week. Not a Valentines day gift. Just something random. A ton of people jumped all over me like I was Cheap. WRONG!!!! Valentines day started with breakfast in bed with a rose. A warm towel to dry off with. A kiss and a little not to send her off. At the office she recieved a dozen roses a teddy bear and a gift certificate to her favorite salon. For dinner we will go to her favorite restaurant. dinner will cost close to $200. There I will give her the Diamond earrings I bought for her $600. Am I cheap? Stop assuming negative and answer the freaking questions. I just wanted a cute little thing to let her know I was thinking of her and loved her. Is that so bad?

I know what you mean. I haven't asked a question yet, I'm too busy doling out my hard earned knowledge (lmao!) but if I do intend to criticise something for whatever reason I do try to be constructive where possible, and to give as much information as I possibly can, where it's needed.
I've only just joined this site so I'm still learning. I have to say that txt talk does my head in somewhat. If it is a complicated question that I will take time over researching and answering properly (I never put anything if I'm not too sure about it, not without explaining that it's just opinion or that I'm not sure it's correct) then I do expect the asker to take time in ensuring that the question has been written in a manner that is easy enough to read. If someone just wants to know which soap star you fancy best then I don't care how it's written, to be quite frank!
Obviously some people do not have English as a first language, but more often than not that will come across in the way they use the language, and fair play to them for trying. It's when someone just can't be bothered that it annoys me somewhat.
That said, I, and everybody else here, have the choice whether or not to answer a question, and I have chosen not to. Answering with a b***h or a pick just to get 2 points does seem to be a bit of a time waster to say the least.
Anyway, I digress. Cheap or not, at least you could be bothered to buy something on a day other than when you are expected to do that! Well done you :)

They do it because there are too many jerks walking on this earth. I have asked plenty of questions too to get some simple advice and these jerks have jumped down my throat like no tomorrow. Society is just very judgemental and some folks are just miserable within themselves and take it out on other people. Don't take it personal. By the way, you have a lucky girlfriend. I would never ask a health question or important life changing advice within this community - there are professionals for that.
If you want suggestions that's fine, but be prepared for responses that reflect the mood and tone of the person answering your question.
Also, be prepared to go through your responses with a fine tooth comb, not every response is going to be relevant.
By the way, you don't need to explain yourself - just get on with your business and don't take this so serious or personally.

It's the nature of the beast...there are so many ways semantics plays with interpretations both the question, and the answers.
If you just be patient, you will come to realize the way replies are word, isnt exactly the way the writer thought he/she would be received.
In the end, there are things of value in all the variations...we learn how NOT ... and we learn HOW, just by considering how answers make US feel.
Besides that, the fact that insensitivity is hurtful, teaches us to be kinder to one another,..not vengeful or rude..hopefully.
