I lost almost 40 pounds eating Lean Cuisines for lunch almost daily. I was also exercising regularly as well as counting my calories daily. I still enjoy the Lean Cuisine meals and find most of them quite tasty.

Healthy Choice was not to my liking.

These frozen meals do contain a lot of sodium, so if you have the time make your meals from fresh ingrediants. Yahoo has a week of healthy meal recipes they post each Monday.

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

That's all my mother eats for lunch and supper. She has oatmeal for breakfast and she lost alot of weight. At times she will have what she calls a "roll up" for lunch. It's a couple of slices of low sodium (taste better than regular deli turkey breast) and 1 slice of ham. Both are sliced thin.
She puts a tablespoon of cole slaw in the center of the roll up. two of them are quite filling.
Make sure you read the calorie and saturated fat content on the healthy choice box as all are not the same.

I don't know about Nutrisystem, I interviewed them about ten years ago. I had 25 pounds to lose and I hate two certain veggies so the menu they created for me, they quoted me some outrageous fee for setting up the menu, not for the food, just for creating the menu, something like $1200, and I passed.

My girlfriend went on Jenny Craig a few years ago.

She needed to lose ten pounds. She said she was so starving on their plan that she scarfed down their microwave meals before they had a chance to cool and burned her mouth. It took her one month of Jenny Craig and going to the gym every night to lose ten pounds.

Atkins works.

I don't think you could really lose any weight from frozen product cause as much as they attempt to make it good, it still has a bunch of preservatives mainly salt.

Oh, honey - PLEASE don't eat all that pre-packed junk!! They're okay in a pinch, but shoud NOT be a staple of your diet.

There are a lot of quick, easy, healthy recipes out there. You'll feel far better if you go that route.

i know that they can aid in weight loss and management, but i don't know what amounts of weight that you can loose using these meals.....watch the amount of sodium contenet in them though.....pre-made foods tend to have very high sodium content and that is very unhealthy!!!
