I'm thinking about using FedEx Ground or UPS. I know UPS is probably more expensive, but they offer pick-up service in my area. Fed Ex does not. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Who's the least expensive? I'm shipping two seabags, a PC, one duffle bag, and 6 boxes full of stuff. I'm relocating.

Ground freight companies like UPS, Fed Ex all have different rates, but I suggest look into their insurances they provide. I used both, sometimes one price is better than the other. Research the day before you ship and run with the one that suits your needs.

If you have a Pakmail store in your area go there. They have the option of shipping through UPS,FedEX and DHL. They will be able to tell you who has the cheapest and best rates. All of these carriers come with 100. insurance coverage automatically.
If you want my personal opinion UPS has the best ground service. FedEx ground is slow and unreliable. I havent had any problems with DHL except a few delays due to the weather. Not all stores ofer DHL services but the majority of them do and they are often the cheapest

In my experiences, i have found that UPS ground is usually cheaper. Try packing as much in one package as possible. It's cheaper to chip one larger item, than two smaller items.
