Sort of. He could probably cast out the straw man from Heaven, only to have the straw man take the form of a snake and deceive an impressionable young adult woman.

that question assumes God is bound by the same things as humans are. for instance christians believe God is not held by death, even though we clearly are. so if God can overcome death that defies our human logic. God doesn't play by out logic and set of rules. he is all mighty and able to overcome obstacles. i know this is essentially not possible to our finite minds, but there is a lot of thing in Gods Kingdom we cant understand, he is God we cant expect to Evan begin to understand his power.
