Don't yuh hate Valentines Day sometimes! :(?

I was so disappointed when nobody asked to be my valentine today :(

Valentine's day? Don't you mean Vale-Date day? why do we need one day to show love? and if someone doesn't acknowledge or gratify this nonsense day with flowers or candy or some other useless bauble we are made to feel unworthy of loved.our self esteem goes down and not only are we depressed because of the winter blues we have not even been given any validation that we are special..I am anti Valentine's day. I love to get a card of love or candy or flowers for no reason it means more. and if i am alone then I am alone and saved myself some hard earned money.. and boo to those horrible valentine cinnimon candies.. those should be only for those with extremely bad breath.

Yeppers, sometimes V-Day can depress. I think it's because the focus is on couples, and if you're not with someone you feel like an out-lier. You've still got a few hours- go call up your single friends and see a movie or soemthing! Buy yourself a red rose! Enjoy yourself adn think about all the people you love, even if it's not romantically.
