A Tennessee Walker is a breed of horse, but I think i know what your getting at. The tennessee walker breed that you came up with...you actually combined two breed names...the Tennessee Treeing Brindle, and the Treeing Walker Coonhound, these dogs are both hunting dogs bred mainly for coon hunting and all types of "varmit" hunting. They are more common down south (where I live) than up north.

The Tennessee Brindle is brindle in color ro black with brindle trim and 18-22 in and 40-50 lbs. Hunters employ these dogs for their open trailing and exceptional locating ability at hunting squirrel coon and opossum. these dogs have much endurance.

The Treeing Walker was developed from certain strains of English Walker Foxhounds. The credit for the development of the Walker Foxhound goes to two men - George Washington Maupin and John W. Walker. Both men were from Kentucky.
Before that time Thomas Walker of Albemarle County, Virginia, imported hounds from England in 1742. George Washington, who was an avid fox hunter, also imported several hounds from England in 1770. These dogs became the foundation strains of the “Virginia hounds”, which were developed into the Walker hound. The Walker is about 20-27 in at the shoulder and 50-75 lbs. and usually tricolor.

A Tennessee Walker is a horse, not a dog.

Tree Walker, aka Tree Walker Coonhound. You may want to check AKC. They have a list of breeders that you can get from them.

You may be thinking of the Treeing Tennessee Brindle, which is a type of coonhound:
