It means that the more power that you have, the more careful you have to be. Because the more powerful you are, the easier it is to affect many people. So you have to be responsible in how you use your power.

In a leadership role the decesions that you make directly effect others so you are responsible for taking all aspects of the decesion into consideration. You cant please everyone but its your duty to make an informed choice while taking its ripple effect into consideration.
