Going on 6 night RC cruise to western carib (cozymel, grand cayman, montego bay, key west) for 20 year wedding anniversary. any suggestions for inexpensive excursions?

In Grand Cayman, you can go to seven mile beach for just the price of a taxi. It's way cheaper than what the cruiseline will quote.
In Cozumel, do a Mayan ruins excursion. They are really great.
Try to do snorkeling somewhere, too. I have only snorkeled in Virgin Islands and Honduras so I don't have any specific recommendation.

There is not much to do in Cozumel other than shopping and/or beach stuff like snorkle or scuba, or just sun on the beach. Don't waste money on an island tour, there's not much to see. But if you do want to do a tour, take one to Cancun or the mainland, like Chichen Itza or Excarat. In Montego Bay try the River raft trip, its really nice, or if you want to spend more time and have the money they may offer a trip to Dunn's River Falls. That's a nice tour also.
In Grand Cayman just take a taxi, van or bus to the 7-mile beach and enjoy; then walk abound the shops near the port. Never been to Key West but my bet is that's a do it yourself walking tour type place, or go to the beach.

Make sure at least ONE of your beach excursions includes a daylight "Sexy Thing" at waters edge..!! I Playa Avecballs in Mexico is perfect..!!

It all depens on if you want to do a POVERTY TRIP where you can see all the really POOR and DESPERATE people (Western Caribbean) or the AMERIKAN and WEALTHY people.. (Eastern Caribbean)
