OMG. I didn't mean it, but I really cannot bring myself to say hellow. I am so embarrased. It's been bothering me for a month. I wonder if I should apologise or just forget it. IT really bother me but I just think he may not even care and I willl look daft if I apologise

I'd be hurt and confused. And I would assume that you found someone else that you want to date. Or, maybe you chickened out and are just shy. If I thought the latter were true, then I'd confront you and ask you what's going on and ask you out myself. OR, more likely, I'd shrug my shoulders and say, 'Whatever! Your loss!' and look for someone else to like.
