Can anyone help with a Outlook 2003 freezing problem?

My Outlook 2003 freezes all the time and the message I get is that it involves a problem with Win/Fax, but I don't have Win/Fax on my computer. Does anyone have a solution?

You must have some form of WinFax.... try this documentation
