i can't see windows toolbar where is the start menu, why?

i dont see the toolbar where should be the start menu and the clock on the bottom right corner, it should be there, but its not i mean i cant see it, and if i press the window button on my keyboard the start menu appears!? what is the problem? someone can help me?

the problem is the "auto-hide taskbar" function is UNCHECKED!!!!!

Hit your windows button so the taskbar comes up, then right-click on the taskbar (anywhere other than the start button or one of the icons over to the far right of the screen). Now click "properties" (the bottom choice on the menu that comes up when you right-click.) There should be a box with a check-mark in it that says "auto-hide taskbar". Take the check out of the box by clicking on it. Your task bar is auto-hiding when it's not being used, which causes it to be invisible. Hope this helps! Put your cursor at the bottom of the screen.
A) It'll popup- if this happens right click on the taskbar | properties | uncheck auto hide toolbar | apply and ok

B) It'll turn your cursor into an arrow pointing up and down- if this is the case click and move it up up. then right click | lock toolbar
