Heston Blumenthals restaurant "The Fat Duck" in Bray, Berkshire. Enjoy them with Pilchard ice-cream.

Well thats a first, I have never heard of anyone doing that before! Do they also inject with brown and barbecue sauce? That would save time putting on yourself!
