murder was considered a 'cultural' activity. there was no
pro-life, people were no more than globs of protoplasm and
scientific atheism ruled the earth from day one unto doomsday.
what if the golden rule, really was, do always unto your neighbor
whatever the hell you feel like. what would life on earth be like?
heaven or hell? what if taking life was considered more moral
than creating it?

Suppose the story of Christ was never made up...
Then taking life would not be considered "moral"
Those Aztecs needed "saving"

in case you initiate from the thought that the Catholic Church and the Bible are the source of an "enforcable code of morality," you're ignoring the tens of millions of human beings, previous to the Catholic Church's or maybe the Bible's existence lived morally as nicely via fact the tens of millions of human beings who derive their ethical standards from factors different than the Bible and the Church.
