You may be depressed. Your so angry at yourself your blaming other people for whats going on inside your head.

You could also be having your period. Moddswings and depression.

Visit your school's guidence about this and ask her to keep it down low.

If you really just need time away from your family go live with your friend for a while who will let you.

As for thinking about killing again it may be depression. Or your stressed out a lot and your mind is so frusterated. Have you ever had something bad happen to you when you were younger and someone told you they were gonna kill you or something. If so your mind could be reliving that on you. Hope I helped!

Best of luck

First off, you need to see a psychiatrist!!! Only reason I responded to this was alot of the symptoms you describe were me 3 years ago, of the anger and punching things and flipping out over the littlest things. You definitely have anger management problems, and need to seek help to find the source. I am a very happy person today now that I'm in total control of my anger. Good luck.

I don't know how old you are, but it seems to me you need some counseling to learn to deal with your anger.

Ask you parents for help, and if that doesn't work, try a 1-800 help line. You can find a list of these numbers in the phone book. Or, try a local church or youth group for a source of help. But whatever you do, get some help. Before you hurt yourself or someone else or both.

Good luck...

I want to physically fight with friends! I don't want to loose them either! Bah, darn thuo lucky brats!

This is called being a man, the only thing that can really solve it is self-control. Fortitude of the mind, deal with it.

The only thing that governs us in behaviour is our mind, the only thing we can fully control (Well, most of the time anyway) is our minds.

Before anything else, deal with it DIY. I'll tell ye something bro, I'm no science geek but this is all due to a chemical that starts with a T.

It influences our thinking, influence..not control. We control our thinking, don't give up dude.

well, ummm,I think you need some help.
Especially since your talking of hurting others.
Are you depressed ?
Try talking with a school psychologist or guidence councelor - if neither of those are available - try the principal.
If all else fails and you cant get one of those people to talk with then call your local dept of social services, and ask to speak with someone in the child protective unit. They are very careing people - if you dont want to discuss things over the phone - give them an idea of the problem and ask if they could come to your school to talk with you - most generally they will.
They will be able to help you get in to see the people you need to see to get some help and maybe some medication to help the way your feeling...If your home situation is that bad - tell them about it and tell them you dont want to be there - they can help with that too.
In the meentime if home is all that bad how about staying at a friends house temporaraly - talk to a friends parents - they might be willing to help to.
I hope this helps - and I hope you follow through to get the help you need...

You need to take up boxing at your local gym. There it will ok for you to work off this pent up aggression by hitting and kicking people and things. After a work out you will feel so much better. If you can 't do this try taking up a sport or jogging or riding a bike or lifting heavy weights.

Sounds like you are stressing out to, you need to get some help! Also why don't you try some exercising that would probably also help relieve some of your frustrations! Like try running (not running away!), baseball, basketball, or swimming (swimming is known to be relaxing)! Try that and if the does not work then get some help!!!

You need to seek professional help. I am not a doctor and neither are the rest of the people that come here. Go seek help before you hurt yourself and anyone else any more then you already have.

Well to start with, it is pretty obvious that you have an anger management problem, and if you don't get help for that you will end up in deep trouble. Start with a school counsellor, if they cannot help you, they can at least direct you to someone that can.
